November 2017 Blog

This Realtor Gives Thanks

One of the most wonderful things about being a Realtor is the satisfaction of helping my clients sell a home that no longer suits their needs, and also to help others find their perfect home – a safe, secure haven that offers respite from the everyday toils and tribulations of work, school, and just life in general.  With November upon us and Thanksgiving just a few short weeks away, I thought this would be a good time to reflect upon all the many blessings I’ve received this past year, and to think about ways I can share those blessings with my loyal past clients and potential future clients.

During the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with almost 30 families from all over our beautiful region! While most of them are local people from the Capital Region, there were also newcomers to the area, for whom I’ve had the great pleasure of introducing our wonderful city and surrounding environs.

I am truly thrilled that I was able to help so many people through the real estate transaction process.   I am even more thankful for receiving so many referrals from new clients and new friends, and for having a career that introduces me to so many wonderful people.

On the occasion of the upcoming Thanksgiving holidays, I want to personally thank each and every one of my friends, clients, family members and business colleagues for the privilege of having been able to work with them this past year – or just for being their friend and ally.

As I look toward Thanksgiving Day and ahead to 2018, here are some commitments that I want to renew with my friends, family, business colleagues and future clients.

I will continue to be grateful for the privilege of helping people find the home of their dreams;

·         I will constantly educate myself and be prepared to offer the best and most cutting-edge services possible;

·         I will renew my commitment to honoring my fiduciary, ethical responsibility to my clients;

·         I will always do what is in the best interest of my clients;

·         I will offer the best advice and guidance to my clients;

·         I will continue to support my friends and my community and enjoy all that it has to offer.

During the upcoming holiday season, please reach out to me and let me know what you are most thankful for, and how I can continue to be supportive.

Thank You!
